U.S. News does not include institutions where the undergraduate student population consists almost entirely of nontraditional students, or institutions that offer most or all of their degrees in fine arts, performing arts, business, or engineering. Population: 16,000 worldwide higher education institutions. Web presence measures the activity and visibility of the institutions and it is a good indicator of impact and prestige of universities.
