  • Only one CP permit issued per application
  • Carpool participants must apply for a new CP permit each year
  • Registered carpool participants are eligible for the Emergency Ride Home program

Additional Considerations

  • A letter will be issued informing the carpool of the status of the permit if one participant chooses to purchase a regular permit
  • Each temporary university employee participating in a carpool must pay his or her portion of the CP permit in its entirety when the permit is issued
  • Carpool participants may not ask for or receive a temporary parking permit at either of the visitor information booths. If their CP is lost or stolen they will be issued a new permit and the old one will be voided out of the system.
