Receiving your Permit

Where do I receive my permit
Fall permits purchased prior to July 30th will be mailed directly to the student address provided at the time of purchase. Permits purchased after July 30 must be picked up at the Transporation office after August 3rd.

What if I purchase my permit after the fall semester starts
Pick up your permit at the Transportation office.

Check your online payment receipt for specific pick-up instructions. The Transportation office has special fall move-in weekend hours (Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; Sunday 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.). Spring and summer permits must be picked up at the Transportation office during normal business hours.

Allow TWO BUSINESS DAYS from the date of purchase for processing time. Bring your student ID or driver's license. Someone else can pick up your permit for you, but they must present YOUR student ID.

How long are permits good
All annual permits are good through August 15th if you purchase in the fall or spring semester or summer session.

Parking Permit Refunds
Refunds are prorated on a weekly basis; refund is based on the date permits are physically returned to the Transportation office. The last day to request a prorated refund is the first Friday in May. Permit values of $5 or less are non-refundable.

Please allow three to four business weeks to receive your refund check.
