Free Park & Ride Lots
Park & Ride Wolfline Fall-Spring Semesters

For those with cars but without parking permits, NCSU provides free off-campus Park & Ride commuter lots, all served by Wolfline buses.

Overnight parking is not allowed at Park & Ride lots. You park at your own risk in the Park & Ride Lots. Please be considerate of others and do not park other vehicles in.

Check Wolfline timetables for specific bus departure times. Park & Ride lots can be found at the following locations:

Westgrove Park & Ride

Location: Blue Ridge Road and Westgrove Street, just north of Blue Ridge Road and Western Boulevard. This lot is next door to KMart and accessible through the Westgrove Towers driveway.

Use Rt 4 Westgrove Please note: No evening service; catch the last bus from the D.H. Hill Library at 5:28 p.m.

Carter-Finley Park & Ride

Location: Within Carter-Finley Stadium. You can enter through Gate B on Trinity Road, about 1/4 mile west of the Blue Ridge and Trinity Road intersection. The other entrance is Gate F, which is on Westchase Boulevard.

This route stops on the main drive within Carter Finley. On nights when there is an event, there is an alternate route through the lot and the Gate A entrance on Trinity Road is used. Use Rt 6 Carter Finley Please Note: Evening service ends at 10 p.m. The last bus departs from the Scott Hall stop at 9:54 p.m.

Food Lion at Avent Ferry Shopping Center (perimeter only)

Location: Located off Avent Ferry Road near the Gorman Street intersection. Park only along the perimeter wall near Greek Way and Avent Ferry in the Food Lion end of the shopping center. Pay close attention to signs as towing is enforced by Food Lion management. Use Rt. 9 Gorman Street Local .
