Pay Lot Parking

Anyone may use meters and pay lots for their parking needs. Payment is required.

Parking Decks ONLY accept credit card payment - Master Card, Visa, Discover and
American Express - NO CASH.

Location of pay lots

Two pay lots are located on the Main Campus and two on Centennial Campus.

Dan Allen Deck, located on Dan Allen Drive, lower level - approximately 200 spaces.

Coliseum Deck, located on Cates Avenue, ground level parking under the deck - approximately 450 spaces.

Centennial Campus, Partners Way Deck, located on Partners Way, approximately 200 spaces accessed via the two lowest levels of the new deck expansion - follow pay lot signs. The Corporate Research Center Deck, located across the street from the James B. Hunt Library contains 86 pay lot spaces on the top floor.

Pay lot rates

$2 for first hour
$2 for each consecutive hour;
$10 daily maximum per visit

Dan Allen Deck Pay lot hours: Operates 24-hrs. per day/7 days per week.

Coliseum Deck Pay lot hours: Operates 24-hrs. per day/7 days per week.

Partners Way Deck Pay lot hours: Operates 24-hrs. per day/7 days per week.

Corporate Research Center Deck Pay lot hours: Operates 24-hrs. per day/7 days per week

A pay on foot machine is located near the Belltower; rate is $2 per hour - no cash - credit card only. Parking permits are not valid at pay on foot or metered spaces.
