Event Parking
Large Vehicle, Bus, Equipment Assistance

Individuals or groups parking large vehicles, buses or other equipment on campus must notify the Transportation office at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact Carl McGill, Sr. at 515-1600 or Melissa Watkins at 515-1604 to make arrangements.

Please note: Contractors with large vehicle parking needs should contact Slade McCalip at 515-1605.

Buses used for campus tours are parked either in the Varisty ("S") Lot at Marcom/Gorman Streets behind the McKimmon Center or, depending on space availabilty, the West ("E") Lot on Sullivan Drive across from Lee Residence Hall.

The Coliseum Surface Lot (located on the Cates Avenue side of the Coliseum Deck) can also be reserved for bus parking. Bus tours desiring to park in this area must make this request at least 48-hours in advance. Depending on the size of the event and bus parking needed, there may be a charge to reserve the lot.
