Parking Violation Petition Form

Please read carefully before submitting your petition:

  • All petitions and appeals must be filed online.
  • Incomplete and/or late forms will not be reviewed or acknowledged.
  • You cannot file a petition if your violation has exceeded 14 calendar days from the date of issuance.
  • Warning citations cannot be petitioned.
  • Overtime citations cannot be appealed; petition decision is final.
  • Individuals do not have to pay for the ticket before petitioning.
  • Be sure to have your parking ticket on hand. You will need to enter the citation number, date, license tag number and license tag state on the form below.
  • Click on the Submit button to send this form the Petition's Officer.
  • We are migrating to new software. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for a response. Late fees will not be added during the migration process.
