(1) Department results, by college, are available on the web via a "hidden" URL. Department members may contact UPA to get their URL; other must get permission from a given department to access their data.   Back to table

(2) In general there are too few respondents to report results at this level. colleges/Departments can request such data however, with reporting decisions made on a case-by-case basis.  Back to table

(3) Insert results are provided directly to the college/department and are not posted on the web. Back to table

(4) Open-end comments are sorted into individual categories based on topical content. Categories of comments are provided directly to individuals on campus responsible for that content area (e.g., housing, transportation, facilities). Colleges/departments are sent various categories of comments (e.g., "advising," "curriculum") from their students.   Back to table
