Your class evaluation is confidential. No personally identifying information (e.g., your name, Unity ID) will be included in the results given to instructors. Instructors will not be able to identify responses from individual students. No reports will be given to instructors until grades have been posted.

If you are taking a course with a lab and the lecture and lab instructor is not the same person, you will be prompted for an evaluation for the lecture and lab instructors. For the lecture instructor, you may ignore the lab questions. For the lab instructor, you may ignore the lecture questions. If the instructor is the same for both answer both lab and lecture questions.
