Spring 2008 Pilot Project:  Individualized Evaluation Forms

Faculty teaching courses offered by the Colleges of Management and Education, and the Departments of Statistics and History, may opt to tailor their ClassEval questionnaires to the specific courses they are teaching in spring 2008.  They may add a limited number of their own questions to the standard core of mandated university questions.

The first step in the pilot was to create a bank of questions, now called QBank.  Deans, department heads, and faculty teaching this spring have had the opportunity to add questions to the QBank.

The second step is when individual faculty members go to the QBank and select questions to be added to the questionnaire for each class taught. Faculty teaching courses included in Spring 2008 ClassEval have been sent an email message with instructions for selecting questions.

Both steps are online and available only to the colleges and departments included in the pilot.
