New Links
This
page has a new address:
http://www2.acs.ncsu.edu/UPA/archives/assmt/rsrc_new.htm
As of 2/14/13, the address includes "/archives/". The old address
didn't -- it was simply http://www2.acs.ncsu.edu/UPA/assmt/rsrc_new.htm. If you come here from the main Internet Resources
page there'll be no problem. But if you try to come directly to the old New Links address
(without the "/archives/"), for a while you'll be bounced to NC State
University Planning & Analysis' new home page. On the UPA home
page, click on Evaluation
and select University
Assessment from the drop-down menu. On the University Assessment
page, select Resources,
and then Internet
Resources For Higher Education Outcomes Assessment. That
will take you to the Internet
Resources main page and you can go from there to the New Links page's
new address.
That
"redirect" will stay in place for a few months, but after that using
the old address will simply give you a "page not found" error.
So
if you have the Internet
Resources or the New
Links pages bookmarked, please update your bookmark. If
you have a link to one of them on a page of your own, please update
that link.
And if you came to Internet
Resources or the New Links page from
a link on someone else's page, please ask them to
update the link.

discussion-list archive, see the March 2013 thread chronicle point of view piece, initiated by Zaneeta Daver. The the online version of the 3/11/13 Chronicle of Higher Education
article to which this refers, "Who's Assessing the Assessors'
Assessors?," includes readers' comments that illustrate a wide range of
faculty attitudes towards outcomes assessment. The online version of
the article is available to Chronicle subscribers and through most college/university libraries.
